About PubSEO
PubSEO started with a simple problem. SEO agencies are difficult to scale.
When an agency wins more clients, it normally needs more SEO specialists. More specialists mean more recruitment, more management and more variation in how the work is done. The people with the most experience also tend to become bottlenecks because they are the ones everyone turns to when something is difficult.
We wanted to find another way to grow.
PubSEO is built from the processes experienced SEO specialists use when they analyse a website, understand what is holding it back and decide what should happen next. The goal is to take as much of that repeatable work as possible and turn it into a system that an entire SEO team can use.
That is different from building another SEO data platform. There is already plenty of data available. The difficult part is knowing what matters.
A crawl can find thousands of issues. A keyword database can find thousands of opportunities. A competitor analysis can produce even more information. None of that tells you automatically where your time will have the greatest effect.
Experienced SEO specialists learn to make those decisions over many years. They understand when a technical problem is important and when it can safely be ignored. They know when a content opportunity is worth pursuing, when a site structure needs to change and when the real problem is somewhere else entirely.
PubSEO is an attempt to put more of that reasoning into the product.
We build it around actual SEO work rather than around dashboards. The output should help someone make a decision, start a task or explain what needs to happen. If a piece of data does not help with that, it is probably not the most important thing to show.
We also believe SEO software should support specialists rather than try to pretend specialists are unnecessary. SEO is too dependent on context for that. Businesses are different, websites are different and markets are different. Good judgement still matters.
PubSEO gives that judgement better support. It handles more of the analysis, connects the information and helps establish priorities, leaving the team more time for the parts of SEO where experience, creativity and business understanding make the biggest difference.
The result is a different way to scale an SEO agency. Instead of trying to increase output primarily by adding more people, you can increase how much useful work each person is able to do.
That is what we are building PubSEO for.
